Endocrinologist Dr. Janice Koval provides intelligent and compassionate care. She thoroughly reviews the patient file, lab reports, and data uploads (insulin pump) prior to patient visits. Dr Koval & her staff are timely, respectful of patients and scheduled appointment times.

Dr. Sahagun and his staff were wonderful. I was scheduled for an endoscopy and I was very nervous. They all put me at ease. Dr. Sahagun has a great bedside manner, which is not always the case for specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Sahagun and his staff. You can feel comfortable choosing him for your specialist.

It has been several years since my last endoscopy and colonoscopy. The set up for this was done by them calling me with available times to do the procedure. No office visit first thing which I really loved. They sent a letter with instructions that started a week prior to the procedure. Followed that up with calls to see how I was doing. Everyone I dealt with were professional but also friendly.

I have two great doctors at Internal Medicine Associates. They are both very professional, compassionate and kind people. I feel fortunate to have them caring for me. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. I highly recommend Internal Medicine Associates!

Everyone were nice but also very professional. The doctor came out after the exam and told me my results. I had used this Clinic before (about10 years ago). They were great then so I asked to return. I would again highly recommend them!

Dr. Houghton was amazing. She made me feel at ease from my first appointment with her up to my procedure. I also appreciated the all female staff during the procedure. I felt listened to and that my concerns were valid. I recommend anyone needing her speciality to see her!

This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had from first contact in scheduling to meeting the conscientious, compassionate Dr. Haghighi on the Day of the procedure! I was kept well informed and given ample opportunity to ask questions during multiple reminders and comprehensive hard copy instructions. I would highly recommend IMA!

My procedure took place at Providence Hospital Day Surgery. Every person I came in contact with just totally impressed me. The nurses and attendants treated me with so much care and compassion. The doctors were extremely on point. Their visit before the procedure was timely, informative and reassuring. Over experience was a 10 out of the 10!

I had a colonoscopy procedure. This is not my first one, but my first one at this facility. I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness and concern for my comfort and well-being expressed by everyone involved. Other than a bad batch of tubing on my first attempt to be hydrated through IV, there were no hiccups or issues at all. I would have no qualms whatsoever about going back to these people for any other procedures I might have that they can take care of. Two thumbs up!
